Brompton is a community designed around the site’s natural features. Life at Brompton is about staying active outdoors among seventeen hectares of open space, parks and wetlands. Cooking with fresh local produce and enjoying good food; playing with the kids and socialising with friends.
Being close to all of life’s conveniences, while being free to escape the concrete jungle and breathe in the fresh air. Brompton is grounded. A place of inspiration, social connections, and established local amenities. All the good things.
Sustainable Living
The Urban Development Institute of Australia has awarded Brompton with Envirodevelopment accreditation. This reflects Brompton’s commitment to sustainability across all six categories including ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community. Community
Wolfdene strives to positively engage with its communities through the Wolfdene Community program. Wolfdene works with local council, schools and not–for–profit organisations to address a range of key social issues within the community. Regular family-friendly events are facilitated to enable residents and visitors to meet their neighbours, experience something new and enjoy their surroundings.

Arcadia Built
Setting the standard for medium density developments in urban growth areas, Arcadia Built recognises the important role these homes play in contributing to the urban environment. Arcadia focuses on using high quality, contemporary materials. Elements such as articulated roofs, timber highlights, lock-up garages, private outdoor spaces, open plan living areas, and well appointed kitchens and bathrooms work together to form the DNA of Arcadia’s architecture.
